Jeezy Delivers Final Album “TM104: The Legend of the Snowman”

Jeezy is back for one more project with his final album for Def Jam, TM104: The Legend of the Snowman, and it’s a bittersweet moment. While it may be his last album according to the rapper, he’s delivered a final project to carry on his legacy in rap.

Jeezy drew inspiration for the album from his Thug Motivations and The Recession projects, which will surely satisfy fans.

The album features tons of hot features, including Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Queen Naija, Gunna, CeeLo Green, Ball Greezy, Ty Dolla Sign, and John Legend. Some of the hottest tracks on the album? “White Keys,” “MLK BLVD,” “4 Play.”

He sat down with Angie Martinez to speak about his new project, including working with Rick Ross after their reconciliation. “I just think what I learned about this game more than anything is its about your relationships with solid people and having an open line of communication,” he said of getting in the studio again with Ross.

He also spoke on trying to make a classic album that will still hit hard in 10 years. “This ain’t all club, party music,” he said. “This is real.”

The album is a satisfying conclusion to the Thug Motivation series. While this may be his last album for Def Jam, perhaps there will be more independent projects in the future. We can only hope! Though if not, we understand wanting to go out on a high note.
