Kanye can’t take the criticism.
Kid Cudi had some words that were not so pleasant on social media, and he called out Kanye by name. Naturally, this infuriated Kanye West, who took more than a minute during his show in Tampa to rant about the situation.
“Don’t ever mention my name in a bad manner. NONE OF Y’ALL,” Ye shouted at his Tampa Saint Pablo tour audience.
“I’m so hurt, I feel so direspected,” West said. “Kid Cudi, we two black men in a racist world… I got called names before you bruh. Why you gotta be coming at me? This ain’t the end of the Malcom X movie.” Kanye also yelled, “I birthed you,” referencing Cudi’s previous inclusion in Ye’s G.O.O.D. Music label, which he left in 2015.
Cudi had wrote on social media that “I need yall to know I got so many haters within the industry and these clowns know Im bout to crush their entire existence.” He went on: “My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever,” he wrote. “These n—as dont give a f–k about me. And they aint f–kin with me.”
