Kidd Creole Arrested for Murder of Homeless Man

The hip hop icon has been arrested for murdering a man in midtown New York.

What set him off? Apparently, Kidd Creole thought the homeless man was making a pass at him Tuesday night. He took such offense to this that he felt it necessary to stab the man to death.

Kidd Creole, real name Nathaniel Glover, was a founding member of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five. Glover, 57, was on his way to work as a handyman and security guard when the incident happened. The two got into a scuffle that resulted in Glover stabbing the man twice in the chest at E. 44th St. and Third Ave. Pedestrians called an ambulance believing the victim was passed out drunk on the street, but paramedics quickly discovered his stab wounds. No word on how long he may have been in the street before help arrived. Surveillance footage allegedly shows Glover at the scene of the crime. He was arrested for murder.
